Refund policy

All sales are final and non refundable. No refunds and no price adjustments. We do not hold unpaid merchandise.

Shipping policy

 Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, from New York, NY. Availability of products in not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available, we will notify you via email or telephone. We will provide an order confirmation and shipping email with a tracking number however once your order has shipped we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for international customs and duties fees. If you live in New York and are shopping online feel free to select in store pickup instead of shipping.
