Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, from New York, NY. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. All shipments within the U.S. are sent via ups. Duo Nyc is not responsible in case of lost or stolen packages. For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Duo Nyc is not responsible for payment of this duty.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. New York State residents will pay state tax on their purchase (8.875%). Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
