Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, from New York, NY. Availability of products in not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. All shipments within the U.S. are sent via UPS, unless you contact us prior to placing an order and request to use a different carrier. Duo Nyc is not responsible in case of theft or lost packages. If you require expedite shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Duo Nyc is not responsible for payment of this duty. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
